Contract crushing is for operations with plenty of rock that don't want to own crushing infrastructure. We set up at your facility, integrate with your loaders and trucks, and produce to spec on your schedule.
We charge by the ton, by the hour, or turnkey — whichever pencils best. You don't buy equipment, you don't hire operators, you don't manage maintenance.
Contracts run six months to multiple years.

Onyx charges per ton produced. We carry the equipment and maintenance risk — if a crusher breaks down, you don't pay for idle time. You pay only for tons that come off the conveyor.
Steady-feed jobs with consistent rock. ABC base, quarry processing.
Output volume (tons produced).
Rock hardness or feed inconsistency that slows production — Onyx absorbs the hit.
Road base, riprap, decorative.
Primary, secondary, tertiary as needed. Screening, conveyors, stackers, water trucks.
Certified operators, ground crew, water-truck driver, on-site supervisor. MSHA Part 46.
Daily walk-downs. Scheduled PM. Spare parts on-site. Field mechanic within 4 hours.
In-house gradation testing every shift. Spec compliance documentation.
Daily production reports, scale tickets, maintenance log — in your operations team's format.
Provided on request. Workers comp current. Additional insured certificates issued.
