Yes. We service the entire state of Arizona. Our mobile crushing plants travel to your jobsite wherever in AZ that is — Kingman, Yuma, Tucson, Show Low, Phoenix, anywhere.
DO YOU SELL AGGREGATE OR HAVE A YARD I CAN PICK UP FROM?+
No. Onyx Crushing AZ is mobile-only. We don't run a yard, we don't keep stockpiles, and we don't deliver aggregate. We bring our crushing plant to your site and crush your rock to spec.
CAN YOU CRUSH TO ADOT SPEC?+
Yes. We're ADOT prequalified. Send us your spec sheet and we configure the plant to match it. We follow customer specs on every job.
DO YOU DO CONCRETE OR ASPHALT RECYCLING?+
No. We don't have a yard for debris drop-off and we don't run rebar/wire separation. Our work is virgin rock and overburden crushing on customer sites.

HOW SOON CAN YOU MOBILIZE?+

WHAT'S YOUR PRODUCTION RATE?+
350 to 500 tons per hour, depending on the product and the spec. Daily capacity is 4,000 TPD in Pinal and Maricopa, 5,000 TPD elsewhere in the state.
DO YOU PROVIDE OPERATORS AND CREW?+
Yes. Every plant we send out comes with a certified MSHA Part 46 operator and ground crew. We don't subcontract our operators.
WHAT'S THE WORK SCHEDULE WHEN YOU'RE ON-SITE?+
Standard schedule is 5 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday work happens as needed for active jobs.
DO YOU HAVE CERTIFIED SCALES?+
Yes — certified scales on every plant we send out.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU RUN?+
Mobile jaw crushers (27"×44" and 26"×50" openings · 350 TPH), cone crushers (7" feed · 200 TPH), and HSI impact crushers (16"×30" feed · 280 TPH). Triple-deck screens in 6'×16' and 8'×20' sizes. Every plant is configured for the job we're doing.
HOW MANY MSHA MINE IDs DO YOU HAVE?+
Four — registered for our mobile crushing plants. All operators are MSHA Part 46 certified.
ARE YOU INSURED?+
Yes. Certificates of insurance are provided on request — name the project and your GC's requirements and we'll get the certs sent over.
HOW DO YOU PRICE CONTRACT WORK?+
Hourly, tonnage, or turnkey — whichever pencils best for your project. We'll talk through which model fits before we put pricing in writing.
DO YOU TAKE LONG-TERM CONTRACTS?+
Yes. Long-term contract crushing for mines, quarries, and major GCs is one of our two primary services. Our largest active engagement is a multi-year road-base contract.
